I help developers help others. As a Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon, I work with multiple teams to design and implement metrics that drive improvements to the developer experience at the company. Since joining Amazon in 2011, I’ve promoted novel software testing methodologies and have been noted for technical and business writing. I live in Seattle, Washington, USA, and I have a BS in computer science from the University of Florida.
On a personal note, I’m fascinated by history and love nonfiction. I speak an international auxiliary language called Esperanto and have used it in many of my travels abroad. I write in it too.
